The song at first glance you might find comical and has no sense, but that is the essense of the song, like the homosexuals who you don't take seriously and just plainly laugh at them. When you hear the song again and try to listen to the lyrics/rap and try to understand what it says you will have a sudden realization that this song has a strong substance. The song is about the life of a homosexual in the typical Filipino household which has a strong father figure and siblings, the life of the person is told thru his own eyes, the person although is beaten and endures psychological torture, he carries on with his confused gender. The tale ends with his siblings left his father when they had their own families and they do not frequently visit his sick father with cancer, but the homosexual son is staying in their old house, taking care of his old and sick father. But his father still resents him because of his choice of gender. Until one night the father calls his son and apologizes for all the suffering he put his own son through.
The line says it all
Hindi nasusukat ang tapang at bigote sa mukha, Dahil kung minsan mas lalake pa sa lalake ang bakla.
or
You cannot measure what a man is worth based on his attitude or the manly characteristics, because sometimes homosexuals can be more of a man than a straight man can be.
